New Parking Enforcement Protocols


The Kentucky Ridge Board of Directors adopted new parking enforcement protocols at the monthly HOA Board meeting held on June 11, 2018. These revisions were proposed and adopted based on community feedback, and based on the HOA’s experience enforcing on parking violations over the past year. Community parking rules have not changed and continue to state that each unit may have no more than two resident vehicles which must be parked in the garage. All outdoor parking spaces are designated as guest spaces only and may not be used by residents except due to temporary circumstances, and with the HOA’s prior approval.

The revised parking enforcement protocols will go into effect August 1, 2018.
